We have had about a two week celebration for Saint Patrick's Day. On Sunday my mom made the best corned beef I have ever tasted. Terry is still talking about it. She also out did herself and made a jello mold with the colors of the Irish flag.

Your mom is so sweet! Moms make the best Jello molds-why is that? I am in training to make a "Cindi-style" Jello mold. Maybe one day....
